In your initial post, select and describe one capital project that was funded by the organization you selected for your course project—or that might have been funded by the organization, if you cannot identify one.

• Describe how the organization funded the project—or might have (for example, loans, bonds, and pay as you go).
• Evaluate the appropriateness of this funding method.
