I’m stuck on a Communications question and need an explanation.

Blog #3 – Current Event (300 words)

Assignment: Find a news or feature story (or stories) about a current event, person or news story of interest to you (any topic is fine) and write your own take on it, linking to the original source(s) for your inspiration and weaving in other credible sources if relevant (remember to hyperlink, no source lists!).

This is not a critique of the story you find, it’s your opinion about the event/person it covers. It should offer readers your voice and insight into your values as a blogger, and it may introduce them to an event or person of shared interest.

Follow the blog tips from the start of the quarter, especially a creative lede and nut graf + “chunking” info in short paragraphs.
