week 3 quic 8 questions 30 mins to do it

I don’t know how to handle this Health & Medical question and need guidance.

I will only have an hour to complete 8 multiple choice questions you will have 30 mins to complete this. if you don’t know anything about this don’t pick it I will ask for refund if I fail it I will send the test once you get done reading the materials and are ready this exam needs to be done in one hour if you pick over that i will not pick you. this will be my second time doing it. so i will not pay very much. the first tutor i used had me fail.Notes:

Learning Outcomes

This week students will:

  1. Analyze optimal recovery procedures from exercise.
  2. Explain how oxygen uptake translates to heat production during exercise.
  3. Assess ideal exercise plans to optimize improvements in total daily energy expenditure.
  4. Compare and contrast factors affecting physiologic function during exercise.

Introduction

As an exercise professional the ability to determine energy expenditure at rest and during physical activity is important in the creation of effective exercise regimens. This week we will learn how to measure and evaluate aerobic and anaerobic energy systems as well as the factors that affect them. We will also evaluate the factors affecting efficiency of exercise as well as the total energy expenditure for different activities with a focus on the effects of specific adaptations for temperature and altitude. Additionally, we will analyze the use of physiologic agents to enhance exercise performance.
