Using what you have learned from reading, developing a recruiting flyer and/or job advertisement.  The purpose is to better explore recruitment, selection, and orientation practices.
Students are to create a recruiting flyer for new talent. 
1. Decide on the recruit target.2. Decide on a message.3. Decide on how to get that message across.4. Create the flyer and submit for a grade

The flyer must include these elements:

      – A Title,

      – A recruiting message,

      – Images (make sure you have copyright rights to the image), and

      – A way for potential recruits to take the next step.
