Individual project ( I need both paperwork (docs.) and powerpoints ( ppt ) )

I need someone to do my individual project in my engineering class. The project is about explaining any stuff like machine or solar tracking or whatever that is related to engineering. I will post the requirement file and my team project below so you will have the idea what you should do in the paperwork and powerpoint. In the powerpoint, you only do the slides present about the project ( no record or anything else, only slides ). And about the topic of the my project, you have to pick it ( just pick whatever you want to write about, as long as it is related to “engineering things”)

.doc file

Background (Preparation):

  • Study Modules 19, 20 and 21 from your Canvas course shell in details.
  • Pre-requisite for team project: Finish MBTI self-assessment and “Meet & Greet” postings. (Get to know your classmates and your own personality style.)
  • Pay attention to the shared demo (ppt and video, poster sample) and other engineering models from previous 1201 classes by professor.

Three major deliverables from each student:

  1. Individual project paper (10-25 pages, APA format with proper structure – See below Basic Elements)
  2. Individual design model* and/or a video 3-5 minutes presentation (.mov or YouTube link)
  3. Team Project – Team Paper (20 +/- pages) , 15-20 minutes presentation organized by Team Leader with a Simple Design Model* (*this requirement is waived for Fall 2020 classes but an extra credit will be offered if still done by any project team or individual.)

Project Work Process and instructions:

  • Students should provide proposal, problem statement,  specification, detail design, and marketing banner/poster which shows briefly the process of the design. Since due to CONVID 19, the delivery of project assignment is pending upon Online on a Schedule or Flex Campus.

While all college campuses are closed, the 3D printing and physical prototype cannot be created. Student must demonstrate on how the 3D printing can be accomplished, may or may not be able to produce a 3D Printing model..

  • Change .dwg drawing into .stl command for printing 3D model.
  • Prototype design model is an option – but if a prototype model would be created by individual or by the project team, then extra pointwill be given.
  • The material cost (budget) for either individual project or team project should be limited to $100 or less.

Basic elements of a 1201 Project Paper and Power Point Slides (Individual or Team)

(10-20 pages minimum; APA format)

  • Cover Page
  • Table of Contents
  • Introduction (Background)
  • Problem Statement
  • Executive Summary
  • Recommendations
  • Conclusion
  • Discussion
  • Chart, Graph and Drawing (if any)
  • Reference

Each team should be composed of a Team Leader, a Technical writer (Team paper), a Power point expert, a Data compiler and a facilitator.  All team members must collect data and conduct data analysis. (Each team should be between 4 and 5 members.)

Team leader is responsible for the delivery of Team Power Point Slides and organize the team presentation Online (or in person) based on course schedule.

Each Student is given an opportunity to create his or her own individual video (.mov file or YouTube link) in 3-5 minutes for individual project. The prototype design model is optional for online on a schedule or Flex Campus class.  The creation of a simple design model is an extra credit for both individual and team projects.

The followings must be pre=approved by the professor for your team project:

  1. Title of the project.
  2. Definition of the project. (Problem Statement)
  3. Scope, methodology and Specification of the project

Projects Include (Required):

  1. Proposal: Write 2-page proposal with APA format.
  2. Specification: Clearly define all specifications
  3. Detail Design Steps (i.e. Flow Chart or Process Map)
  4. 3D digital Model:The 3D model shall be created (Optional).
  5. A simple design model. (Optional due to Covid 19)
  6. Banner/Poster: Created using power point as indicated in the slide example. Size of the poster is 3’ x 2’. (This work is recommended but not required.  Extra points credit will be considered.)
